uncomfortable . By exploring your Co-op placement and getting to know your co-workers,
you can become comfortable in your new environment.

b. Is it a whole building ,several floors, one suite of offices, or just one room

: Only one room

: Machinist for the Workshop

e. Why is your workplace exist?

: To help students to do their final degree project and to help PHD students.

: 8.00 am 5.00 pm

: The whole time

: Mostly students

8. Have your expectations been met regarding the physical layout of the workplace?

: Yes, because the facility are complete

:The entrance door is also the exit door

:UTM Safety Officer.

:At a cabinet, which is 9 steps from the exit door

: A lack of protection when welding could result in arc eye or respiratory problems and oil
on a floor could result in slipping

11. List any special emergency procedures in place at your work site to be followed in an
emergency.

: Not provided

: Gogle, Safety boot, Glove, Mask, Ear plug
