AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT

WE, SPOUSES JOSE MANIPON, JR., and JOY ETCOBANEZ MANIPON, both of
of legal ages, Filipinos, and with residence and postal address at Ibingay,
Masbate, City, temperate at all times and in full possession of our mental
powers, under oath hereby depose and say:

1. That we are the biological parents of minor Laureen Etcobanez

Manipon, who was born on April 3, 2010;

2. That Laureen since she was three months old up to the present
has been under the care and custody of Petitioner Gayle
Bernadette C. Etcobanez;

3. That her long stay with Petitioners/Spouses Jeffrey Edison A.

Austria and Gayle Bernadette Etcobanez-Austria became so close
and intimate, hence, I honestly believe that it would be the best of
her own interest and benefit to be legally adopted by the said
Petitioners/Spouses, and as such, WE DO HEREBY GIVE OUR WRITTEN
CONSENT freely, voluntary and intelligently that our minor daughter
be adopted in accordance with law.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signature this 12th day
