Shchepozare own hands, equipment design drawings.

The presented rotary hammer mill grinds wood in the form of wood chips up to 25 (mm) in length. The chip
thickness is controlled by the setting gap between the blade knives and the knife edge of the body.

Reference.
The installation clearance is not more than two millimeters.

The design is welded from the metal corner 35x35x5 (mm). To the posts: rectangular plates 50504 (mm)
are welded from below; from the top 460x360x3 (mm). The frame is fixed rigidly to the concrete base
(floor).

LEADING PULLEY
Turned pulley 1 Z 2.100.30. St 25L GOST 20889-88 (two streaming, diameter of one hundred millimeters,
the diameter of the landing hole is thirty millimeters, made of steel grade 25L).

SHEPHOUSE OUTLET BULKER

It is made by analogy. In front of the exit hopper, it is possible to install a sieve from carbon steel sheet grade
40 (not lower) - a semicircular plate with drilled through holes of 15 ... 20 (mm) in diameter.
