Sub: Installation of sound proof sliding glass windows at company quarters, New D.N Nagar-reg

Sir,

Undersigned were staying in company allotted quarters at New D.N. Nagar. Due to new building
construction works in front of the quarters, increased vehicle movement on back side road of the
quarters and loud music on some or other occasions in quarters nearby area the sound pollution had
increased a lot. Undersigned attends shift duties in the office as assigned. Due to increased sound
pollution getting sleep on day time had become a tough task rising stress levels on individual and it is
also effecting family members health. In view of above it is hereby requested to install sound proof
sliding glass windows in company allotted quarters over existing wooden glass windows or replace the
wooden glass windows with above so that noise levels would get reduced to an extent.
