PETITION
PETITIONER, by and through counsel, unto this Honorable
Court respectfully aver that:
1. Petitioner, ELDEN C. BONILLA, is a Filipino, of legal
age, married and a resident of Majanlud, Sapian, Capiz;
2. Respondent is the Register of Deeds of Capiz which
has an official address at 3 rd Floor, Capiz Government and Business Center, Fuentes Drive, 5800 Roxas City where it may be served with summons and other court processes at the given address;
3. Petitioner is applying for the registration of the
unregistered land located at Majanlud, Sapian, Capiz (subject lot);
A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 143, Cad. 133, Capiz Cadastre
(AP-06-003973) situated in the Barangay of Majanlud, Municipality of Sapian, Province of Capiz, Island of Panay. Bounded on the S., along lines 1-2, by Lot 1330; on the W., along lines 2-3-4-5 by Lot 1328; on the N., along lines 6-7 by Lot 1326; and on the E., along lineS 7-8-1 by Lot 1324, all of the Cad. 133 Capiz Cadastre. x x x Containing an area of THIRTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY (30,860) square meters more or less."
4. Petitioner-Applicant and his predecessors-in-interest
has been on open, peaceful, continuous, uninterrupted possession in the concept of an owner of the above- described property since time immemorial.
PRAYER
WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that the Register of
Deeds of Capiz issue an original certificate of title of the lot located at Majanlud, Sapian, Capiz registered in the name of the petitioner. Other just and equitable reliefs are likewise prayed for.
