Sofie: here is my question, regarding the election In indonesia, whats happening here is, my
question right away. Is it Dakwah or destruction when you gathered people and then telling people
to never ever vote for a person which is non Islam to be a leader despite that person is already
proven that he is doing so well, building the country, the nation, or the city itself. Is it dakwah or
destruction? When you ask your people to close your eyes and your ears seeing the evidence that
this non muslim person have doing so good things? So where is the tolirance that we learn together
and where is the positivity. For your information, I was born as a muslim, my parent is a muslim, Im
still a muslim in my ID, but deep down, I dont believe it any. So, this is what i wanna know?

There are five important points mentioned by this woman,

the first, he created a hyperbolic statement by indirectly stating that Ulama who gathered people
and then telling people not to vote a non muslim person as a leader is a destruction and it is
intolerance.

The second, he indirectly stated that he supported one candidate (a***) by mentioning that he has
done very well like building the country, the nation, and the city.

The third, (a point that I like the most) is she was very honest and he was very proud about her true
identity as atheis)

The fourth, she tried to ensure again that that person is almost perfect, she stated that he was
honest, helped a lot of poverty, build many mosques, etc. She said (A***) was magnificent

Dr Zakir Naik replied her in just two main points

The first, he stated that a moslem should not vote non muslim even he had done good works

The second, a word magnificent does not deserve to be said (I dont know eit

Dr Zakir: moslem should convey the message of peace, they have two options. they convey the
message, or if they dont convey the message you will be destroyed. And that what happen in the
past, I will give an example, i am telling that you a moslem should not vote non moslem even he had
done good works.

Sofie: yaa. Like for example, the previous leader

Dr Zakir : forget about the previous leader, talk about this one
Sofie : this one is like not just about the building is changing, but we can see that he is being honest,
and you can see that the change of the country is really magnificent?

Dr Zakir: dont use word magnificent.

Sofie: yes, buildings, he helped a lot of poverties, and then, he also like giving a lot of (what do you
call that) place for praying for muslim people, more more and more.
