Agency block of Dixie Farm, due to a traffic violation. The driver and a passenger of the
vehicle were identified. It was discovered that the driver, a known male, had
seven outstanding traffic warrants out of the Houston Police Department. It was
also discovered the passenger, a known male, had three outstanding traffic
warrants out of the Harris County Precinct 7 Constables office, along with seven
