Hope You doing well,
We have recently visited our customer Miyahuna-Zara to provide practical training to use TIH 030
(Induction Heater).
It is worth mentioning that the devise not used previously i.e. we open the device first time at the
site then we faced problems during the operation of the device which are as follows:
-Noise is extremely high
-The machine heat the bearing to 50-60 degrees - then stopped.
We sure 100 % that it's a manufacturing error and we checked the electrical connections it's
compatible to the catalogue recommendations. In addition to the mentioned above we have
another one TIH030 we ran it and it's good so that indicate us that it's a manufacturing error.

-We purchased two devices TIH 030m/230v and an invoice no.RB6398911 Date:
19/4/2016 Qty: 2
-What are the procedures required to replace the device as quickly as possible?
