PLATE COMPACTOR INFORMATION

WHOLESALE/TRADE FAULTY PARTS ONLY WARRANTY

The engine on your machine has been oiled-up with the correct amount and started prior to dispatch however, all
nuts/bolts/fixings and belt tension need tightening/adjusting prior to use. The use of thread-lock is recommended. All
nuts/bolts/fixings/oil level should be checked/adjusted on a routine maintenance basis

You have purchased this product on discounted Wholesale/Trade terms and it is presumed that you have some
mechanical knowledge for servicing and maintenance purposes. If not, you should be prepared to adopt the services
of a competent person to perform this on your behalf. Failure to do so will void the warranty below

WHO GIVES AND WHO RECEIVES THIS WARRANTY

The manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser only that each new Engine/Product purchased from an authorized wholesaler
shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use and service during the Warranty Period set
forth below

WARRANTY PERIOD

The Warranty Period begins on the date of purchase to the original purchaser and is for 12 months from the date of purchase

WARRANTY COVERAGE

The manufacturer will replace/repair at its option, without charge, defective parts only ie: any part of the product
covered by this guarantee found to be defective in material or workmanship during the applicable warranty period,
based on the following:

The faulty part must be returned to wholesaler or an in-situ photograph emailed (at their discretion) for
replacement/repair along with customer details, identifying product number and evidence of date purchased

Return shipping is at the expense of the original purchaser. Customers are expected to fit the replacement parts themselves but we
are available for technical guidance over the phone

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This Wholesale/Trade faulty parts only Warranty does not cover the following:

Any product which has not been operated or serviced strictly in accordance with the instruction manual. Any parts affected,
damaged, or depreciated by improper assembly, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, neglect, use of unsuitable attachments or
non-genuine parts, ordinary wear, rust or corrosion, inadequate transportation, accident, or service by an unauthorized facility and
does not cover machines which are purchased for commercial hire purposes

Consumable parts, such as clutch, blades, re-coil starter & spring, belts, throttle cable, filters, gaskets, spark plug are not covered
under this warranty. All expenses incurred in maintaining and replacing them shall fall on the purchaser

This Warranty does not obligate the Manufacturer or the wholesaler to bear any fees for transportation of any engine/product or part
to and from the place designated for Warranty Service or repair

This Warranty does not cover any Labour undertaken during the Warranty process or other period

THE MANUFACTURER MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES OTHER THAN SET FORTH ABOVE, AND ALL OTHER
OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR CONTINGENT LIABILITIES
ARISING OUT OF THE FAILURE OF ANY ENGINE/PRODUCT TO OPERATE PROPERLY, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED.

PROCEDURE FOR MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM

For any defect covered by this Warranty, please contact your wholesaler to make arrangements for returning the faulty item/part
along with a copy of your original receipt within 30 days of the fault occurring
TERMS & CONDITIONS

We are a Business to Business Supplier only and therefore by purchasing from us you also warrant that you are a business or commercial user and
have read and accepted the following Terms & Conditions of Sale:

Purchases
All purchases are subject to UK Law and no contract will exist between you and us until we have confirmed in writing (by e-mail, letter or invoice) that
we have accepted your order and are processing it. Consequently, we shall not be bound by any conditions inconsistent with these Conditions of
Sale which may be contained in any order sent to us.

Goods supplied for commercial use, are not sold on a trial basis or on approval and are therefore not subject to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We
want you to be entirely happy with your purchase and so, if you are unsure as to the suitability of a product, please ask before purchasing it.

Prices & Specifications


We are a Business to Business seller and try to ensure specifications or prices are up to date at any given time but if we are unable to supply
something you have ordered at an advertised price or of the same specification, we will give you the option to either, accept an alternative, pay any
difference or cancel your order and process a full refund. Please be aware that variations in PC monitors and photographic reproduction may mean
that products you view are not exactly the colour you will receive. Notwithstanding, we reserve the right to send you whatever colour is available from
stock (especially with regards to consumables) unless you specifically request a particular colour preference. Errors & Omissions Excepted (E&OE)

Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept credit and debit card payments via PayPal for ebay sales and direct telephone orders by
debit or credit card. Credit card telephone transactions are subject to a 3% surcharge. We also accept payment by bank transfer and cheque (at no
extra charge) but goods will not be despatched until your cheque has cleared, usually up to 5 working days after receipt. If any payment of yours is
dishonoured, we reserve the right to recover our administration and bank costs. In the case of a returned cheque, a charge of 12.00 will be levied
each time it is returned unpaid. Overdue invoices will attract interest at 2.5% per month or part thereof and title will only pass upon payment in full.

Delivery
We will endeavour to despatch your order within the promised timescale and by your preferred delivery method but our maximum liability for any
delays will not exceed the cost of the delivery method paid for. If an item is out of stock, we will advise a due delivery date and you will be at liberty to
either await delivery or request a full refund. We also reserve the right to split your order and make separate deliveries in the event that part of an
order is temporarily out of stock or your chosen delivery method does not allow for different product categories to be packed together. If this is
necessary, we will not charge you any additional carriage fees.

We will do our utmost to effect prompt delivery but we will not be liable for delays caused by our delivery contractors. Upon delivery, please ensure
you thoroughly check consignments for shortages or damages before signing receipt as our delivery contractors will not accept responsibility if you
have not indicated any damages or shortages on the delivery note. All notifications for Non-Delivery must be reported to us in writing within 3 days of
despatch. Shortages or Damage must be reported to us verbally within 24 hours AND in writing within 3 days.

RETURNS POLICY
We supply goods for commercial purposes only and therefore returns are ONLY accepted if WE have incorrectly supplied an item to you OR it is
faulty upon arrival. You should therefore ensure the item is suitable for your needs or ask BEFORE purchasing as items are not sold on approval or
on a trial basis.

No returns or warranty on used items
