1. TSEC approvalshall be accordedfor ultimatecapacityonly. The versionofthe microprocessor

houn. Tile MTBF for fans shall be betterthan 70,000hoursat 40 degreeC. The concurence
of cACT of QA wing of BSNL in this regardis mandatory.The MTBF shall be verified as
per QM-115. MTBF, predicted and observed values shall be fumished along with
calculationsby the manufacturer.Basedon thesefigurestlree yearsmaintenance sparesshall
be specifiedby the equipmentsupplier.The equipmentavailability shall 99

3.11 Fietd Observations: For new productsfield observationwill be carriedout for the first
5 systemsprocured by the departmen! to assessthe performanceofthe equipmentfor a
period nof exceeding6 monthsfrom the date of commissioning.The manufacturershall
undertaketo repair/replacethe systemwithout any financial obligationto the user,in casethe
performanceoi the systemis not found satisfactoryduring the period of observation.User
