BUSINESS ETHICS

Business ethics is a way of conductiong business, which cover all aspects relating to
individual, companies, and comunites. Business ethics in company can estabilish values,
norms and behaviors of employees and leaders to bulid afair and healthy relationships with
customer, partners shareholders, and societies.

The company belives the prinsiples of the good business is ethicals business, ie business
with superior performance and continous run with obeying the rules of ethic in accordance
wiht applicable laws and regulations .

Business ethics can be standart and guidline for all of employees, including management
and make it as a guide for carrying out day-to-day work, based on high moral, hosnety ,
transparency and profesional manners.

Three basic approaches in formulating ethical of business, are :


1. Utilitarian approach
Every action must be based on the consequences. Therefor, in act one should follow
the way with can give maximum benefit to the community, by doing things with no
harms and giving less less expenses.

2. Individual rights approach


Each person in actions and behavior has basic right that have to be respected .
however the actions and behaviors should be avoided if expected to lead to a clash
with the rights of other .

3. Justice approach
Decision makers have the same position, and act fairly in providing services to the
costumers ether individually or in groups.

Business ethics should be understood and carrier out bay profesionals, such as :
1. Mention the full name
In business situations ,we sould mention the full name when introducing. However if
the name is too long or difficult to pronounce, would be better if a be abbreviated.

2. Stand up when introducing ourselves


Either we are introducing outrselves, we should stand up to assert the presence of
us. If the condition does not allow to stand, at least back the cair off, and slightly
take a bow, so they judge our positive politeness.
3. Do not cross legs while sitting
Not only women , men also pleased crossing his legs while sitting. However in
business metting condition, the sitting position like that tend consudered not to be

4. Hot must pay


If we invite business partner for having meal outside, then we have to pay the bills. If
the host is a female, while the business associates or clients, the male and they offer
is to pay, she still has to turn it down, by saying the company that pay, not her
personal money.

5. Say thank you sufficently


In a business meeting with anyone, boss or partner companies, we just need to say .
thank you one or two times. If way say it too much, they will see that we desperalety
nedd help.

6. Send a thank you by email after businees metting


After completing businees metting, send a thank you, separtely to your businees
associatess personal email. Sending by email is strongly recommended. Considering
the delivery time will be faster.
