Sr. Director reciba mi saludo cordial para luego informarle que de acuerdo a
las actividades programadas en ESCUELAS LIMPIAS Y SALUDABLES,
durante este mes se sesarroll lo siguiente:

1. Limpieza y mantenimiento de patios y Ambientes (con sus respectivos


mibiliarios) para la apertura del ao escolar 2016.
2. Fumigacin del plantel.
3. Faena de limpieza APAFA.
4. Reposicin de tachos y contenedores de basura en cada aula.
5. Pintado y decoracin de servicios higinicos.
6. Designacin de Monitores Ambientales: 1 de 1 a 4to y 2 en 5to.
7. Reposicin de distintivos para Monitores Ambientales.
8. Se realiz la 1era. Campaa de Limpieza como consta en el informe
001- Del 04- 04 2016.
