system consisting of blanket insulation sandwiched between two steel panels. Alternatively, interlocking design of the insulated
panel eliminates thermal breaks and creates an integrated system providing strength, thermal efficiency and attractiveness.

 PRE-ENGINEERING
BUILDING FEATURES

PRIMARY FRAMING ELEMENTS (COLUMNS

AND RAFTERS)
All primary members are welded in an I-Beam configuration, All frames are welded
on our state-of-the-art computerized twin-arc submerged welding system capable
of producing structural members up to 72 in depth giving us the ability to
manufacture clear-span buildings up to ZOO feet wide! A factory primer coating is
applied to protect the beams during shipping and erection.

SECONDARY FRAMING (GIFTS, PURLINS,

EAVE STRUTS)
Secondary framing from rolled steel member in to a Z to match the pitch of the
roof, guages from 12. to 16 to provide an extremely rigid structure. The following
elements are formed as secondary framing.

Eave Struts: This is a rotted member formed into a C to match the pitch of the
roof_ The cave struts is also made of 12,14, or 16 gauge steel.

BRACING
Diagonal cable bracing is supplied with all of our buildings
with the exception of special opening requirements that
may need portal framing, By taking this extra step our
buildings are far stronger than most of our competitors
who reply on the sheeting, otherwise known as
diaphragm bracing to do the bracing for the building.

MULTI DECK
Mezzanines are an important feature of many industrial and commercial/retail buildings, both to suit requirements of modern
stocking and storage techniques and to maximize the efficiency of machinery layouts and production flows. Muti deck is an
insitu concrete solution with the cast on metal decking, which can be laid continuously, allowing design optimization of sections
to reduce weight and cost.

MONO DECK
Mono Deck is a hollow-core concrete floor beam system. the beams are designed to accept precast concrete slabs.

Concept Guide gives steel framing its highest 5 icon rating. Steel in construction has
about a 70% recycled content. It is resource efficient because of the very little waste,
termite resistance and rust proof function. Steel studs are also available with thermal
breaks that allow less heat loss than wood.

Also, steel is nontoxic because it will not off-gas and contaminate indoor air quality
and invariably makes an ecologically safe environment. Since steel is screwed together
for the formation of frames, steel components can be dismantled and reused when a
