CarryPick is Swisslogs most mobile automated goods-to-person
picking system. In contrast to other systems, CarryPick is extremely
flexible and responds rapidly to the changing needs of a warehouse.
It is perfect for those whose business challenges include product
variability, delivery time and cost efficiency. This picking solution
offers a variety of customer-specific options when it comes
to automating storage and picking processes and impresses
with its flexibility and modular design. In addition, CarryPick is
easy to integrate into existing buildings with low ceiling height
requirements.
Efficient storage
CarryPick supports storage in cartons, bins or single items in its
mobile goods carriers. Robot vehicles, called Carry, lift and transport
shelving on an optimized route to workstations. At each ergonomic
workstation, customer-specific processes are integrated using both
pick-by-light and put-to-light techniques. Users enjoy increased
productivity and maximized pick quality.

of a limited number of components. As the
company grows and the warehouse and
picking capacity needs to be expanded, it is
easy to add workstations, mobile robots and

Mobile Carry Robots
The Carry is a mobile robot which processes
orders independently within the system.
Because of its small size, it can move quickly
between and under racks. The vehicle is able
to lift goods Carry with a weight of up to
600 kg.
Mobile racks
Each mobile rack within the CarryPick
system can be variable. Only the chassis
whose dimensions are based on the Euro
pallet size is standardized. Depending on the
requirements, the rack can be equipped with
bottom inserts, compartments, drawers, bins
or hanging bars. This allows the storage of
products with a variety of sizes and weights.

Multifunctional workstations
The workstations are used for picking, to put
away replenished items or to restock returns.
A variety of tools, such as put-to-light,
support effective and error-free workflows to
boost employee productivity and ergonomics.
Because the workstations are so intuitive to
use, employees are able to work efficiently
after only a brief training period.
Fleet Manager
The Fleet Manager is the control center
software for the Carry robots and
coordinates the interaction of the vehicles.
Dynamic route planning and integrated
power management make it possible to
optimize order handling. A WiFi network is
used for communication with the robots.
WM6 Warehouse Management System
A high-level warehouse management
system controls order processing, stock
replenishment and returns handling. WM6
performs a continuous physical inventory
of the stock in order to check and safeguard
delivery reliability. At the same time, WM6
stores fast-moving items closer to the
workstations while slower-moving items
are placed in the back of the warehouse.
The software offers advanced visualization
options as well as a large variety of data
analyses.
