NOTE:
Based on result of CPA/INS inspection on 29 June 2012, 3 header line of diesel fuel will
be replaced, waiting for drawing approved by CPA/PRD. Presently, supply of diesel fuel to
each TEG and DEB, supplied by new line. Existing line was blind spaded.
