NACA8412 el mejor perfil alar
las patrullas fronterizas tienen el problema del traspaso de
drogas y personas ilegales por la frontera. sus aeronaves tienen
un tiempo de vuelo y capacidad de planeo escaso. La
modificacin en los perfiles alares hace ms eficiente la
aeronave.
El principal problema que tiene las patrullas fronterizas en la
frontera es la entrada de drogas y personas ilegales. Esto es
causado por las aeronaves utilizadas actualmente porque sus
perfiles alares no son los correctos. Por lo anterior las aeronaves
tienen menor tiempo de vuelo, gasta ms combustible y necesita
ms mantenimiento. Es necesario modificar las aeronaves para
disminuir costos y aumentar la seguridad en la frontera.
Es necesaria la modificacin de los perfiles alares para volar ms
distancia y cubrir ms territorio de vigilancia. Esto favorecer en
poner a los oficiales migratorios en otros puntos crticos. Si se
modifica el perfil disminuye esfuerzos en el vuelo lo que es igual a
menores gastos.
El perfil alar es la forma del ala de una aeronave. El perfil, al
desplazarse por el aire crea una diferencia de presiones que
genera que vuele la aeronave. Las partes del perfil son: borde de
ataque, borde de salida, intrads, extrads y regin de curvatura
mxima. El mejor perfil para la aplicacin deseada es el
NACA8412 este es ms delgado que los utilizados y con una
buena curvatura para una excelente sustentacin.
Para la fabricacin del ala es necesario el diseo del perfil alar. El
material para la fabricacin es una aleacin de aluminio. El
primer paso es fabricar la costilla del ala. Despus los largueros.
Al final se incorporan las costillas y largueros formando una
estructura rgida. Esta estructura se recubre con una piel de
aluminio formando una superficie alar uniforme.
El perfil NACA8412 es el mejor para vuelos de larga duracin de
tiempo, porque tiene una buena curvatura creando mayor
sustentacin y un mayor tiempo de planeo. Este perfil por ser
ms delgado utiliza menos material. En las siguientes
fabricaciones de los perfiles se utilizar materiales ligueros con
memoria de deformacin.

the spars. At the end the ribs and spars are incorporated,
