Presently associated with IILM-GSM as a Asst Professor-HR & OB, visiting faculty to some of the
leading business schools in Delhi, Like Sriram Institute(promoted by Sriram Institute of PM & IR), Sri
Sharada Institute of Indian Management and Research(promoted by Sringeri Math), ICFAI etc..Subjects
include Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Strategic Management and
Creativity and Innovation.
Immediate previous assignment was with Aricent Inc. (A Kohlberg Kravis Roberts-KKR portfolio
Company) from Aug ‘07 to Oct ‘08, having responsibility of Leadership Development, Global Reward
and Recognition, Competency Deployment, Talent Management and Employee Engagement.
Worked with NTPC Ltd. (A Nava Ratna PSU) in the HR and IR Function for more than 2 years between
May ‘05 and Aug ‘07 at Regional Headquarters. Last assignment with NTPC was as Officer(HR) with
responsibility of designing policy for the maiden hydro venture along with implementation of other
change Initiatives at the regional headquarters and six other plants, nominated for gold medal for
meritorious work.

− Formulating strategies and plans focusing on aligning HR with business goals.
− Implementing Change Management Practices including new process designing and
deployment and aligning them to business objectives.
− Partnering and Co-creating with other organizational stakeholders for improvement of
recruitment, training process and trainee deployment.

Critical judge for development of a psychometric tool.
Successfully mentored incubation of two social entrepreneurial ventures.
Nominated for prestigious Gold Medal for being among top 3 Management trainees in HR
at NTPC.
Recognized by Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company for single handedly
designing and deploying Competency based, fully automated global reward and recognition
system.
Recipient of Chairman’s award at Sri Sharada Institute of Indian Management-
Research(SriSiim).
