Meeting packages provide easy audio visual solutions that make presenting a breeze. These packages include setup
and strike and a complimentary wired podium mic patched into the house sound system. Additional equipment and
services are available. Dedicated in-room technicians and operators are available for an additional charge.

Meeting Packages - Lighting

Lighting packages for 400 level rooms. These rooms were designed with custom lighting xture hang points.
Ground supported options are available for other rooms.

House Services & Labor

House services include audio, video and lighting patch fees. Patch fees are waived when you choose AV Factory for
your audio visual services. These charges are by room, by day. Labor is billed by the hour and includes set, strike and
show operation hours. Technical labor requires a 5-hour minimum call.
