Subject : Schedule of B.Tech. Mech. Engg. Final year Seminar(ME-415).

It is for the information of all the B.Tech. Mech. Engg. Final year students that
following schedule will be followed for Delivering Seminar presentation by the
final year students as per curriculum requirement.
All the students are to submit a seminar report to the office of undersigned
before 25th September after which no report will be considered for evaluation.
The students are required to deliver a seminar on some emerging areas of
Mechanical Engineering, some of which are also suggested in the syllabus for
subject, Seminar (code-ME-415), as per the following schedule:

40% marks will be awarded based on presentation and seminar report, each and
20 % marks will be awarded based on the performance in Question answer
session.
In case of holiday/sessional exam or due to some other reason, seminar could
not be delivered on any of the above mentioned dates, the schedule will be
shifted to next subsequent week.
The student will deliver a power-point presentation for about 10 minutes in the
seminar on any of the above topics. This will be followed by question answering
session. The questions on the seminar topic will be asked by the teacher
concerned and class students. The grades/awards will be given according to the
students presentation, report submitted, and answering of questions asked after
the presentation.
