both cornering ~75% of the CV industry
2. Upto 3.5T segment grows when the TIV drops and MAV grows when the TIV grows, reflects that higher

in the range of 20% only for past 5 years

2 ~3.5T

1. 2-3.5T crossed Sub 2T segment in FY14 and currently dominated upto 3.5T with 64%
2. The reason for shift to 2-3.5T segment is due to better rural infrastructure, higher demand for legal payload
and increased daily running from ~30km per day to 75~100 km day

Way Forward

1. Next big opportunity is 2~3.5T GVW it is expected to grow due to improved rural economy, and government
restriction on city entry & permit for vehicle above 3.5T GVW
2. Segmental approach in 5 ~15T category to continue maintain eicher supremacy over competition
