Professional associations
Joining a professional association is a great way to meet people in your field, who can assist you to
explore your career options and potentially find employment opportunities. These associations exist
in every field of employment and hold regular professional development and networking events.
Students are welcome to join, and membership often costs as little as $60 per year.
Graduates coming into our Investment Management business will embark on a 2 year program
where they will participate in six monthly rotations and gain exposure and experience in the core

areas of funds management, capital transactions and product development. Graduates will also gain
an understanding of the key areas of investor relations, legal, risk and compliance as they relate to
the property and funds management business.
The program will provide you with clear objectives and key learning areas for each rotation and a
supportive environment where you will be given on the job training. You will receive regular
performance reviews and will create an individual development plan which will assist you in creating
the career you want.
We are looking for graduates who have work experience and involvement in university, social or
community life. We also require our graduates to commit to our focus on safety and sustainability.
Our graduates are seen as leaders of the future, and will hopefully go on to senior roles within the
company.
