MACHINE FEATURES
This is a machine to carry out rotary liquid filling operation in continuous..

It is prepared to accept each one size of bottle. This means that all parts necessary to
handle one product are included in the machine basic price. Change-over sets of the
filling machine for additional bottle size are offered at extra cost.

A. Frame

Base manufactured in steel with SUS 304 stainless steel panels.

Parts mounted to the working surfaces are manufactured in SUS 304 stainless steel and
sealed to prevent ingress of product to internal mechanisms.
The machine is mounted on legs, with stainless steel adjustable feet. Machine table
working height: 900 + /- 25 mm.

All parts in contact with the product are manufactured in SUS 304 (OPTION: SUS316)
stainless steel and sanitary glass.

B. Electronics
HMI (Fuji: 5.7) and PLC (Japan Made: Mitsubishi) control
Operators can easily set up and adjust the following fill items from HMI:
-Fill volumes
-Speed
-Nozzle speed

C. Bottle Infeed Unit

For bottle transport throughout the machine, the following items are supplied:
- Motorised conveyor belt in polyethylene at very low coefficient of friction for a regular
and noiseless bottle transport.
It is complete with stainless steel side guides and hand knob, adjustable in width and
height.

D. Filling Unit
These dosing pumps have been particularly studied for easy disassembling, cleaning

- Stainless steel fill pumps can be easily disassembled and placed in autoclave for
sterilization.

G. Safety Protection Guard

The machine mounts protection guard in SUS 304 stainless steel structure and 5m/m
transparent acrylic-plastic panels. The guard is complete with micro-switches to stop
the machine at the opening of the doors.

H. Safety Device
Standard safety devices assuring machine correct running are:
No bottle no filling.
The machine stops automatically when bottle gets stuck in the starwheel.
Emergency Push-button.
Guards open. Machine stop with manual restart

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment
40% down-payment by T/T to our bank account with the order.
60% balance by irrevocable and confirmed L/C at sight in our favour.

Shipment
Four to Five Months from Receipt of Payment, and upon Receipt of Samples and
Testing and Approval of all Technical Details.

*The above delivery time begins only after the following items have been received at CVC Taiwan:
1. Receipt of signed acceptance of CVC written proposal.

2. Receipt of purchase order.

3. Receipt of down payment.
4. Receipt of product samples for testing (including bottles, caps, and product in agreement
upon quantities).

5. Receipt of signed approval of the CVC integration and engineering layout.

6. Receipt of remaining payment.

Transportation charges are excluded in this proposal

FOB Taiwan seaport.

Required Samples
For machine preparation and CVC in-house trials on the machine, please send the
following:
300-500 bottles & containers for each type and size;
10 lt/kg. of each product.
Note: The number of samples suggested is to ensure accurate final testing and
machine performance.
Possible inconsistency of machine output may occur if inappropriate number of
samples is provided.
Final Testing
To be conducted at CVC, Taiwan.

Validity
30 Days from quotation date.

Manufacture Warranty
CVC guarantees its machines for a period of 12 months depending which occurs
against material or manufacture defects "as long as used and kept in normal state". Every
implied guarantee is also valid for a period of one year from the delivery date from CVC
site. The guarantee expires if the machine has been damaged for unsuitable use or for
other causes not due to materials or manufacture defects. (Please refer to detail
Manufacture Warranty)
