Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commercial Services Now the First Major Broker Displaying
Its USA Commercial Listings on the IMLS Via ORION Commercial Services LLC.

the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commercial Services technology platform known as Commercial
REsource (powered by ORION) became the first CRE brokerage company to send commercial listings to
The IMLS's recently enhanced portal and agent platform.

The IMLS new platform is a consolidation of eight years of research and development, and now in
addition to taking residential listings globally, the IMLS is ready for commercial listings whether they are
manually entered or sent by a data feed, whether they be USA or international.
