Level of Users of the System:

1. Administrator/Primary User: Website Operator

2. Secondary Users: Scholarship Director & Scholars

3. Tertiary Users: Other intended users

Functional Requirements
Process-oriented Requirements
The system shall allow users to log in to their account to have access to system.
The system shall grant the users to access to edit their profiles.
The system shall be able to allow the applicants and sponsored individuals (user)to
attached files and send to the management for validation and application purposes.
The system shall allow users to save changes into the database.

Information-oriented Requirements
The system shall provide an overview of the scholar's assessments for the previous and
current semester.
The system shall forward any softcopies of documents from the applicants and scholars
to the management account( staff in charge of evaluation).
The system shall forward the submitted softcopies of the users to the management for
validation or application.
The system shall provide users with important notices generated by the management.
The system shall provide significant and relevant information about the foundation and
scholarship (e.g. its mission, vision, updates, announcements).

Nonfunctional Requirements
Operational Requirements
The system shall be web based and can be used in any environment that allows web
access.
The system shall successfully operate the registration process with integration of it
services.
Performance Requirements
The database must be updated on a timely basis.
The system shall be able to perform the user's command within 5 seconds.
The system shall have large storage capacity for the database catalogues.

Security Requirements
The registrar and the IT shall have access to every part of the system.
The privacy of information will be secured by an increment level of protection.

Cultural and Political Requirements


The system should permit the authorized personnel only to access the personal data of
scholars.
Personal information is protected in compliance with Data Protection Act.
