Chapter 1 Introduction
Introduction
About The Project
The Project Which Was Assigned To Us “To Computerize The Staff Information
System Of The Barani Institute of Informatiom Technology”
This System Just Retrive The Data from the existing database in the Access,And
Various Reports Are Generated through this soft ware.
Problem Defination
There are different problems face by an organization while using the current
system, one of the major problem is time a lot of time is consumed by the existing
system while finding data because there is typical manual entry system.First
They have to maintain all the records using registers and then they inserts all the
data to the computer software,at some times they need the record of any
transaction then they have to browse through all the registers, software’s Etc to
find the information about the any employee the Administration Duties Are To R
un The Organization Smoothly And Watch Out All Departments That They Are
Working Properly Or Not,This Department Has Control On Each And Every
Department Of The Organization. The Problem They Face That Have No Direct
Access To The Files Of Organization And When They Wanted To Know Some
Information about the employee Then They Have To Call Upon Any Of The
Department In Head For The Discussions About Activities Of their Employees.
Specific Objectives
Here Are Specific Objectives Of This Project:
Computer Based Information System
Solution For The End-User Requirements
Implementation Of The Check And Methods Through The System Which Will
Ensure The Validity Of System
Stores The Records Efficently
Quick Validation Of Records
Enhance Centralization Of Records Of All Departments
Solution For Outputs In Form Of Reports
CHAPTER # 2
SYSTEM ANALYSIS
INTRODUCTION
A complete specification of software requirement is essential to the success of a
software development effort. A poorly specified program which is well designed and
properly coded result in disappointment of the user and also developed efforts are not
materialize. Thus in order to avoid this the study of existing system, its drawbacks
here areand limitations is one of the important tasks of an analyst work to get a clear
image of existing system.
EXISTING SYSTEM:
The existing system of organization is manual system where records of the different
employee are maintained in the registers and Microsoft office suit, but it is not much
flexible and not fulfill requirements of the department as they wanted it to be, so for
this purpose the computer based system is required by the section.
ADMINISTRATION
Administration is working with manual system in which they maintain all the
information in the files and if they want to have some information requested is about.
ANALYSIS MODEL
The analysis model is first technical representation of a system. First part is requirement
analysis, that is, to collect information regarding processing and requirements of users
and customers. Information domain is another important part in which we find out
information contents and their relationship. We also model our data.
RELATIONSHIPS
There are many ways relations that connect data objects with one another. These
relationships explains the nature of an objects more clearly and also describe the facts
that a data objects is depend upon. To understand relationships clearly, we must
understand the role of data objects in the context of the software to be engineered.
We defined a set of object-relationship pairs that shows the relevant relationship. These
pairs of object-relationship pairs are bi-directional and so therefore we can read and
describe them in either directions.
A connection is established between two data objects in the context of the software to be
built.
