Reflective Statement
Background:
Any model cannot be termed as a right model or a wrong model. In reflective model is said to be the reflection framework which is a
defined process in order to demonstrate the reflection. Between two or more models the model that appears more easily adaptable
and comfortable is preferred. There are different models some are made according to some specific situation and some are general
i.e that are applied on all. The models give you the path way which should be followed in generating best out of anything. They of
provide you the context of questioning. It also provide you with the chance to thoroughly understand and analyse the entire reflection
process and make you reflective practitioner. But the entire reflection process is personal and only that person has right to decide
that what model would work in his practice of reflection.

Kolbs Learning Cycle and Gibbs Reflective Cycle:


This cycle has the opinion that each individual has his own way of learning and learn from past experiences. Learning from
experiences can be carried out even on daily basis. This cycle also states that the reflection is one of the most importance part of this
learning process. There are four stages of learning process, reflective observation is termed as one stage of learning process.
Likewise, Graham Gibbs made his own reflective cycle which is constructed keeping kolbs four stages of learning cycle in mind.by
asking different question accurate analysis can be performed according to Gibbs.

Reaction /Evaluation/Analysis
The positive perspective toward everything is the only and only way to solve the issues caused by stress and depression. It is
advisable to remain optimistic and try to ignore the negative thoughts that causes anxiety. And I learnt it with exposure, passage of
time and self evaluation. It really taught me that positivity gives a lot of courage to do anything. Because when we think positive we
can do anything. Positive thinking really affects attitude and behaviours. We think positive and then work on it. So I understand the
importance of positive thinking. Through this, one can also make his fate because he thinks positive and plan about it and then he
also acts accordingly. This really boosts me up both mentally and physically. Because this motivates me when I am down and doubt
on my abilities. This really helps me when I get challenging things in my life. I really get courage when I think positive. Personal
growth can also be done through positive thinking, because one can take others feedback and opinions positively and think that yes
they need to get improved. And it can be only done when you have care free environment and mind. Encouragement, morality may
help very much in development and it can also affect your personality and attitudes because it really helps in the boosting up an
individual. He may get motivated by encouragement. Competition should be there in life, it provides you positive energy to work
efficiently and effectively. I also deal with weak stress management it really helps when it comes to face unusual environment or
challenges in life. I also deal with time wisely because it really helps me in daily routine or others.
Time management is one of the most important skills an individual should possess. Because it really helps in the efficient use of the
time which is very important and most valuable resource for an individual. Time management can play important role in planning,
organizing and succeeding in life. Moreover, doing right things at right time is very important for getting positive outcomes. And it can
be possible through timely planning and timely execution of those plans. If one doesnt plan timely, he face problems in future
because he doesnt have enough time to think over it. Time management helps when individuals have certain deadlines, to meet
those deadlines it is very important to use time intellectually, wisely and efficiently. It also helps in the hurdles one might face in the
future because one has planned already about the future for different situations.

Decision making and time management are very important skills to have a successful life.
Procrastination and laziness should be removed or eliminated wisely. Because they really affect time management skills and many
other skills.
Being optimistic is very important in life because if there is a will there is a way. If we already think we cant do this and we are not
capable of doing this then we can never do anything. We should stay positive and optimistic in life in order to achieve our goals.
Positive thinking directly hits the emotions and mentality of an individual. Moreover it also directly affects attitudes and behaviour of
an individual. So if an individual things positive then he acts positive, he looks positive side in everything. Positive thinking also
provides confidence to an individual, because he finds positive in himself and gets a positive self-belief so he starts feeling
confidence. One can also deal conflicts and stress efficiently if he is optimistic. Because he will always find a good in it and will solve
problem wisely. It can also help in improving interpersonal skills because one can get friendly relationship with his colleagues if he
stays positive with them.
Decision making should be a part of core competencies of an individual.
Individual should stay confident on his decisions, he should be spontaneous, alert and attentive while making decisions. Moreover, to
make good and accurate decisions one should go through the proper steps.

These points which are mentioned above provides me a feeling that I should implement personal development attitude in my life. It
will really help me in identifying my area of improvements and then improving them. It will give me sense of responsibility in my life
which is very important to survive. It may also help me in staying optimistic in my life.

Managing others is very important skills and it is the basic key I need to develop through adapting all the concepts given in this
module. They include delegation, confidence level, motivation system, team work, conflict management, time management, stress
management and many more. it is very important to make right decisions, then set goals. After that it is very important to plan
properly and timely and then execute it wisely, intellectually, efficiently and effectively. After that it is very important to disclose
information to the employees which may lead them to feel that they are much involved in the organization. Furthermore, they must be
provided with guidance and advices. Motivation should also be implemented, it should be kept in mind that everyone dont get
motivated by pay only. There are certain level of needs according to which employees get motivated because everyone has its own
needs and wants on which they can get motivated. So every employee should be motivated according to his needs and wants. Social
media should be adapted now it really helps in successful communication with others. Feedback should be taken serious, because it
really helps in the improvement of performance of an individual. Couching, training and mentorship programs should be offered to the
employees whose skills need to be polished and improved.

Conclusion.
To conclude we should stay positive and optimistic in our life. Because positivity is very attractive and motivating for an individual. It
strengthens relationships with others. It provides self-determination. It helps in development of self-image, self-belief and
hardworking skills. One can get uplifted in his life only because of this skills. Furthermore, in the down periods of life one can also
survive it with staying positive throughout those periods.
Action Plan
Making right decisions and planning properly and timely is very important for the life. Moreover, execution of plans properly also
possess great significance. Without these things one can never achieve anything. Evaluation of strategies and then execution of
them efficiently and effectively is very important because it may lead to the positive and better outcomes or results.
