Primavera de 2003. Mientras el gobierno de Navarra

El libro de poemas Bitan esan beharra [Hay que
contarlo dos veces] es un poemario estructurado
en tres grandes apartados, que bien podran ser tres
libros, tanto en lo que se refiere al tema como a los
aspectos formales. El primero de ellos, Bizitza = Artea
(vida = arte), trata sobre las relaciones entre la vida y
el arte, pues el autor concibe la vida como un arte.
El segundo, Amodiozko poemak edo (Poemas de
RIKARDO ARREGI DIAZ DE HEREDIA (Vitoria-Gasteiz, 1958) estudi amor ms o menos) aborda el tan universal tema del
Psicologa y Magisterio en Salamanca y Filologa Vasca en Vitoria- amor, y lo hace en un intento de analizar poemas de
Gasteiz. Public su primer libro de poemas en lengua vasca en 1993, amor, siguiendo la tradicin de poetas provenzales.
Hari hauskorrak [Los hilos frgiles] (Erein, 1993) y obtuvo el Premio El ltimo apartado, Requiem, est dedicado al tema
