Buko Pandan Salad


Ingredients

32 oz or 2 packages of shredded coconut


1 pack all-purpose cream
1 can (14 oz) condensed milk
1 1/2 cups coconut gel (nata de coco)
2 cans green gulaman jelly, sliced in cubes or 1 box of gulaman jelly
1 tsp pandan essence
1/2 cup small sago (optional)

Procedure

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl (shredded coconut/buko, gulaman, nata de coco, all
purpose cream, condensed milk). Mix well.
2. You can add a bit of coconut/buko juice for more flavor.
3. Refrigerate. Best served when cold.
