Course registration
Please refer to http://www.sengpp.ust.hk/~msc/Temp/CBME_list.pdf for the current graduation requirement. Students should
only take appropriate courses to meet the graduation requirement of his/her specific intake. Taking other courses not for
graduation will be required to pay extra fee.
Full-time / part-time MSc students should complete the program within the nominal period of four / six terms (Fall or Spring or
Summer). Beyond the nominal period, a per-credit fee will be charged.
The maximum credit load per term for part-time students is nine. The normal credit load for full-time students is twelve with
nine credits being the minimum. Full-time students may take fifteen credits every term to complete the program in two terms.
Students who would like to start CBME 6980 Independent Project, please refer to the program intranet for details and
registration form, and send the completed form to the Program Office at least 2 days before the add/drop deadline. If the form is
to be submitted on the very last day of the add/drop period, an email including the name, student ID, and intention to add CBME
6980, should also be sent to the Program Office the same day.
There will be no courses offered in 2016 Summer term.
Final exam will most probably be scheduled on the same teaching day within the exam period which is is May 17-28, 2016. .
Instructor will confirm the date in the first two weeks of the term. Students may also refer to

Once the course is started, for students who would like to switch course, please send in online add/drop requests during the
add/drop period and before the add/drop deadline. The add/drop period is Feb 1-17, 2016 and the extended drop period for PG
course is Feb 18 - Mar 2, 2016. For the most updated information please refer to the program intranet announcement 2016
