COMBINED ENTRY TEST FOR ADMISSION IN

1. TEST DATE, TIME & PLACE

The test will be held on SUNDAY, 08.08.2010 at 10.00 A.M. simultaneously at the following centres.

2. ENTRY TEST APPLICATIONS

1. The Entry Test Application shall be filled online through the web link <http://admission.uet.edu.pk> from
13-07-2010 onwards. The applicant should make sure that the entered data is correct and then take a printout
of online submitted application for submission at the test centre to obtain the admit card.
2. This printed application along with attachments listed below shall be submitted to one of the above centres
where applicant intends to appear in the test.
3. In case of unavailability of computer facilities, applicants may use this facility in the designated computer
laboratories at the above centres from 13-07-2010 to 28-07-2010.
4. The Entry Test Fee Rs. 300/- should be deposited online in the Convener’s Account # 0128-7900621003
HBL, UET Branch Lahore.

3. ELIGIBILITY
Applicants with following subject combinations are eligible for this test:

1 Physics, Mathematics, English & Chemistry Applicants who have passed or appeared in Intermediate or
2 Physics, Mathematics, English & Computer Science Equivalent Examination, or B.Sc., DAE, and B.Tech
3 Physics, Mathematics, English & Statistics (Pass) are Eligible for Entry Test

4. ATTACHMENTS WITH THE ENTRY TEST APPLICATION

a. Two passport size photographs (one to be pasted on the printed application).
b. Photocopy of Domicile Certificate.
c. Photocopy of CNIC or Computerized B Form issued by NADRA.

NOTE :-
1. The candidate has to show the ORIGINAL DOMICILE Certificate bearing the photograph at
the time of submitting Entry Test Application.
2. No Entry Test Application Form shall be entertained if submitted through post/courier.
3. Specimen Entry Test Questions are available at U.E.T. website <http://admission.uet.edu.pk>

The LAST DATE for submitting the Entry Test Application will be 28.07.2010 up to 16:00 Hours. Further
information can be obtained by contacting respective Admission Offices of above-mentioned Universities
/Institutions.
