Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I dont like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

The challenges are good as they help us to improve and excel in the things we do,
I personally consider that is the main motivator when you want to present a job or
a job.

Interest has always been my greatest value, has made me focus on activities with
much more time, discipline and delivery.

The competition is a fundamental motivator in my personal part, not only in the

work but also in sports areas which I consider make me stand out, try to always be
the first is the best.

Variety is good as long as it is healthy, planning under non-repetitive behaviors is

always good while what is repeated tends to fail at some point.
Work is the main motivator, especially if you have a job you have an excellent well-
being, with this you can not only support you but also all the people who depend
on you.

Interpersonal relationships are fundamental in my work, in fact I have to do daily

since my work is based on interviews and analysis of people.

Safety is given by knowledge and experience, so it is one of the main factors

although not all the time is good, it is always healthy to be a bit insecure, this way
you can get to improve possible mistakes.

Independence has always been a fundamental factor in my personal emergence,

at a young age I left the house so I had to face life individually, it has given me
strength and responsibility.

Money is not motivating but it helps in social demands that can overwhelm and
pressure you. I do not consider it a healthy motivator.
