Description of the artifact and how it meets the standard and criteria:

This artifact is our ongoing PLC agenda from the 2016-2017 school year. It shows how I
participated as a member of the fourth grade team, working collaboratively with my
teammates to improve our practice as professionals which in turn, improves our
students learning. Every member has the opportunity to add items to this agenda that
we need to cover, and we work to have our agenda in place before the meeting starts
so that we can use our time most effectively.

Reflection on the artifact:

This PLC agenda has worked really well for us as a team, and as individuals. As a
team, it helps us stay on track and get all of the items taken care of that we need to
during that chunk of time. As an individual, it helps me feel prepared for my meetings
with my team, and helps me be a collaborative member so we can make improvements
based on what is best for our students.
