LEARNING
OBJECTIVES Provides the information, skills, and techniques associated with
the creation and management of the physical products of real
estate created through the process of real estate development.
Mahasiswa memiliki kecakapan umum, teknik dan proses yang
berhubungan dengan setiap bidang fungsional yang terlibat dalam
pembangunan real estate.
Mampu mengelola dan memimpin proses pembangunan.

TUJUAN Provides general overview and analysis of the complex legal issues
involved in a real estate development and management transaction.
PEMBELAJARAN/
LEARNING Student explore legal topics, beginning with basic principles of
OBJECTIVES property law and extending to environmental issues and safeguards of
site acquisitions through construction, including leasing, financing,
conflict resolution, operation, and sale of a real estate project.
Negotiation and legal aspects of alternative financing and entity
structures are discussed.

hukum properti, isyu lingkungan, keamanan penguasaan lahan,
sampai dengan pembangunan, termasuk kontrak, pembeayaan,
