dipakai sebagai landasan prmikiran dan pengembangan ilmu.

OBJECTIVES To develop research skill in the area of architecture studies,
particularly to explore research questions/ hypothesis, theoretical
review and methods, to create a research proposal, presented and
discussed in a seminar
Pemahaman tentang proses penelitian dan proses penyusunan
proposal tesis dalam rumpuk keilmuan Arsitektur, mulai dari
penetapan permasalahan/hipotesa, kajian pustaka, hingga metoda

Memberi pemahaman tentang proses manajemen proyek dalam


konteks pembangunan real estat mulai dari konsep sampai dengan
penyelesaian; dan pengenalan terhadap teknologi konstruksi dalam
TUJUAN kerangka perancangan dan rekayasa arsitektur termasuk juga alat, cara

LEARNING
OBJECTIVES Provides understanding of the process of project management within
the context of real estate development, from concepts through
completion; and familiar with construction technologies within the
framework of architectural design and engineering as well as
construction means, methods and system.
Mahasiswa harus memiliki pengetahuan praktis tentang
pentingnya prinsip-prinsip manajemen proyek.
Memahami konsep dan aktor kunci pada tahap perencanaan,
perancangan dan pembangunan proyek.
Memahami, skedul, beaya, dan konsep serta teknik kontrol
kualitas.
Mengetahui terminologi, alat dan metoda konstruksi serta bahan
