G. K. Choksi & Co. (GKC) has had a long and prestigious history. Since the firms formation in 1972,
GKC has prided itself on values such as competency, professionalism, responsibility and
accountability, honesty, integrity and dedication, values which have been critical to our continued
growth and success.

An era of expansion began in early 90s with Globalization which saw India emerge on a global
platform. GKC evolved with this growth and today it stands with more than work force of more
than 200 individuals and four offices with one each in the commercial capital and political capital,
catering to domestic, national and transnational organization needs. In its endeavor to service its
existing clients effectively and efficiently and to increase its presence in countrys capital, GKC
established a branch in New Delhi. Our team comprising of professionals, work on daily basis to

The Group was founded and is chaired by Mr. Gautam Choksi, a

well-known figure in Professional, trade and industrial circles. Mr.
Choksi is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of India (ICAI).

He has pioneered efforts in areas of Alternate Dispute

Resolutions and has delivered successful results for several clients.

His strength lies in maintaining integrity and delivering client

satisfying services. His vision is to transform the entire practice into a
platform of quality driven service industry.

He has held leadership roles and has been in the forefront in articulating group
philosophy and values and believes in a team building approach. He serves on the boards
of several renowned public companies.

ROHIT K. CHOKSI

Mr. Rohit Choksi heads the Tax & Business Advisory division for
the company and specializes in international taxation, mergers and
acquisitions, foreign investment consulting and exchange control
regulations.

He has assisted transnational organizations and leading Indian

organizations across sectors such as pharmaceuticals, infrastructure
and Export Trading House, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Information
technology, IT Enabled Services and Financial Services, on complex
tax and regulatory matters.
