GKC has prided itself on values such as competency, professionalism, responsibility and

growth and success.
An era of expansion began in early 90s with Globalization which saw India emerge on a global
platform. GKC evolved with this growth and today it stands with more than work force of more
than 200 individuals and four offices with one each in the commercial capital and political capital,
catering to domestic, national and transnational organization needs. In its endeavor to service its
existing clients effectively and efficiently and to increase its presence in countrys capital, GKC
established a branch in New Delhi. Our team comprising of professionals, work on daily basis to
provide our client with value added services in the areas of audit, tax, accounting consultancy,
litigation support, startup services.

Mr. Rohit Choksi heads the Tax & Business Advisory division for
the company and specializes in international taxation, mergers and
acquisitions, foreign investment consulting and exchange control
regulations.
Member of the Indian Council of Arbitration and is also on the Panel of Arbitrators of
the Council.
Member of the Executive Committee of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal Bar Association.
His strong belief in fundamental knowledge has enabled him to set up various
accounting systems for startup organizations.

Prior to joining G. K. Choksi & Co., Mr. Parikh was the proprietor
of the accounting firm S. A. Parikh & Co. He serves as a Director on
