HANNA : Assalamualaikum w.b.t, thank you madam for spending your time with
me to interview you.

MADAM SARIPAH: Okay, thank you to you too for coming to my boutique

HANNA : Okay, so the reason I'm interviewing you is because to fulfill the criteria
of subject in my college, which is, managing a Successful Business Project.
So, I am here to interview you about your business. Can you tell about
your boutique and your other available businesses?

MADAM SARIPAH: Okay, actually I started my business in the food industry for more than
25 years Now, I am trying to expand my business. I'm getting old, I think
my food business will be given to my children. So, I tried opening a
muslimah boutique, its not only muslimah, also for muslim. There are Baju
Melayu and also Kurta. So, this is a new business, yet almost a year.
Alhamdulillah, the response was quite satisfying. But this time, I'm sorry
for the mess and the environment is not quite good because we just
finished Raya sales.

HANNA : Can you tell us how you got the idea of naming your boutique?

MADAM SARIPAH: At first I wanted to put something that resemble beauty that's why we
put the name "Indah". This shows that the product is beautiful. That's why
we put "Indah" and followed by "Az-zahra" which is my granddaughter's
name. So, I take the blessing from her name. So that is how "Indah Az-
zahra" is formed. After that, we also have our own brand name which is
"Dhia Exclusive". This means, all the clothes in here have the tag "Dhia
Exclusive". Luqman Hafidz also takes the Baju Melayucollection of "Dhia
Exclusive" as his collection.

HANNA : With the expansion of the digital world nowadays, do you also use digital
technology like Twitter, instagram or Facebook as your platform to market
your product?

MADAM SARIPAH: Yes, through instagram. We have some feedbacks, but most customers
prefer to walk-in to see the materials that we have. It's usually like that.
We received feedbacks and some orders but most prefer to walk in to the
boutique. Maybe it's easier for them.

HANNA : So, in your opinion, which is better? The traditional ways or digital for
marketing.

MADAM SARIPAH: It's on par actually, because traditional ways where we wait at the
boutique, there are some who loves it that way. For example, people that
are older. Because my boutique is at an office building. The customers will
come down and look around. But there are also customers who like to look
through Facebook and instagram. But for me it's actually on par.

HANNA : For your customers, what do you think they expect from this boutique
and how do you manage to satisfy the expectation.

MADAM SARIPAH: Usually, my customers who came here, they choose the size or colors
that they want. So, if they couldn't find the ones they want, I will make a
pre order with them. Take the measurements, send the materials to
tailors. Usually I will try my best to meet the demands of Customers. Other
than putting a reseanable prices for my customers.

HANNA : Thank you madam, for answering my questions.

MADAM SARIPAH: And thank you on behalf of Indah Azzahra. And this is also a promotion
for my boutique, so, I will give you my name card so it will be easier for
you to contact and come to my boutique. Thank you so much.
