The Comphy Co Guarantee

Our guarantee; provided the sheets are laundered in
accordance with our recommended laundry instructions and
are used for the manner intended, we will, at our option, repair
or replace any sheet that fails to be serviceable for 300
washes. If we replace the sheet, we will pro-rate the actual
service (washes) life compared to 300 washes. For example, if
the sheet becomes unserviceable at 150 washes, and we elect
to replace the sheet, we will issue a credit, but not a cash
refund, equal to 50% of the purchase price

Comphy first started solely with spa treatment tables in

mind; but after a few years we received calls from clients
wanting to know where they could purchase the sheets
that they experienced at a spa.
This was how the retail program was born. Comphy wanted
to offer existing wholesale companies the opportunity to
sell this luxury experience to their clients.
Our retail line is made out of our micro-fiber linen and has
all of the benefits of our operational lines, including our 300
wash guarantee. Not only do we offer sets in numerous
colors and sizes, but we also have several other pieces
such as duvets, pillow shams, quilted blankets, and throws
