plasters and render coats: more than 1,650 different product
variations which represent an international benchmark in
terms of high quality, technological innovation, ease of use
and safety.

Slc Technology
SLC had been specialising in the production of adhesives,
paints, waterproofing and maintenance products for hardwood,
carpet, linoleum and rubber floors since 1963, and by acquiring
these facilities, Kerakoll confirmed its role as a top European
supplier of laying systems for all types of flooring, and firmly
established its leadership status in Italy. Kerakoll Innovative
Group possesses a rare asset, i.e. inimitable know-how in the
production and transformation of solvent-free, water-based
epoxy, polyurethane, vinyl and acrylic resins.

Rankover Technology
Benefiting hugely from Rankover’s experience, Kerakoll
Innovative Group has continued to strengthen its position as
global partner of design engineers, and intends to lead the
way in glazes, paints, and decorative coverings used in the
construction industry. In 35 years, Rankover built up unparalleled
technical know-how and a specific reputation for excellence
in the restoration and conservation of Europe’s historical and
monumental heritage.

keracem ®

Professional, superior-technology, high-resistance hydraulic binder for screeds and heat-radiant slabs,
with normal setting and rapid drying, compensated shrinkage and high thermal conductivity; suitable for
laying ceramic and porcelain tiles, natural stone, parquet and resilient materials with adhesives.

Slow-drying screeds, subject to high levels of

hygrometric shrinkage, require long waiting times
before allowing for professional laying of ceramic
tiles or covering materials sensitive to humidity.
The KERACEM® technology rapidly develops
a high hydraulic index, ensures a high level of
dimensional stability and constant hygrometric
balance, thus ensuring rapid and secure laying
of ceramic tiles after 24 hours and parquet after
only 5 days.

PROFESSIONAL SELF-LEVELLING PRODUCTS WITH HDE TECHNOLOGY

keratech r30 ®
EN 13813

Professional, hyper-fluid, self-levelling product with HDE (High Dispersing Effect) technology, prolonged
workability, extra-rapid hardening, compensated shrinkage, suitable for high-resistance correction from
3 to 30 mm of irregular and uneven substrates before laying ceramic and porcelain tiles, marble, parquet
and resilient materials. Formulated with very low TVOC emission and hypo-allergenic cements. For internal
use.

KERATECH® R30 creates a perfectly flat high-

thickness substrate with extra-rapid hardening
ensured by the innovative, self-levelling, HDE
(High Dispersing Effect) technology, with
prolonged, dynamic, rheological fluidity. The use
of hyper-fluidifying co-polymers with combined
suspension effect intervenes in binder hydration
kinetics, ensuring correction with stability,
flatness and hardness superior to any other self-
levelling product.

top latex
Professional, superior-technology elastomeric latex, suitable for use as an additive for cement-based
adhesives with SAS (Shock-Absorbing System) technology, with normal and rapid setting time. Increases
adhesion to substrates and improves the characteristics of flexibility by lowering the elastic modulus of
the adhesives.

Deformable substrates and tensile stress

caused by thermal expansion of covering
materials require professional, superior-flexibility
laying able to absorb characteristic movements
without causing detachment. The TOP LATEX

EN 13888

Professional, single-component, water-repellent grout with WRT (Water Resistant Technology), smooth
finish, high degree of hardness, water-drop effect, rapid setting and hardening time, suitable for high-
resistance grouting on walls and floors, from 2 to 12 mm, of porcelain tiles, ceramic tiles and natural
stone.

In the case of façades, terraces, kitchens and

industrial flooring, changing rooms and swimming
pools, grouting operations on both walls and
floors must ensure adequate protection against
the erosive action of water. The innovative WRT
(Water Resistant Technology) acts by means of
exclusive, waterproofing polymers on the surface
tension of the grouts, ensuring a superior degree
of water repellency with water-drop effect and
total resistance to the direct action of driving rain
and frequent and high-pressure washing.
