ADELAIDA A. DIMARANAN and residing at Brgy Asis II, mendez, Cavite,
after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state: That - -

1. That I am the absolute owner of a parcel of land located in May

Igat, Brgy Asis II, Mendez, Cavite, with an area of (39984)
Square Meters and covered by Tax Declaration No. 14-00-13-
00036.;

2. That the above-mentioned parcel of land is not devoted to

agricultural production, and consequently not tenanted;

3. Likewise, the said parcel of land is not covered by the

Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program;

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing statement and for whatever legal purpose it may
serve;
