All type of Barcode Labels

Semi-gloss / Gloss / High gloss Coated Paper
Used for the vast majority of labels we manufacture, this material is suitable for many types of
label. From standard information labels, point of sale, industrial labeling and plain labels for
overprinting with a ribbon via thermal transfer. A good quality material suitable for most types of
labeling requirements.

Matt Vellum/ Litho Uncoated paper
As the above material but uncoated, this material is suitable for many types of label. From
standard information labels, point of sale, industrial labeling and plain labels for overprinting with
a ribbon via thermal transfer.

Direct thermal paper
A material used for printing with a direct thermal printing machine. It is coated with a heat
sensitive layer that turns black on contact with heat. This is a very widely used material for short
life products such as address labelling, asset i.d., food labelling and perishable products that have
a short shelf life. More durable Top coated versions are available for labels that are used in more
extreme environments.

Polypropylene (PP)
This is a strong synthetic material which is water resistant. We use polypropylene for the bulk of
our labels that require extra durability such as labels for outside usage. It is has good resistant to
tearing, stretching and abrasion.
Polyethylene (PE)
A strong but flexible synthetic material which is water resistant. The flexible properties of this material
make it ideally suited to applications such as tubes and bottles that require squeezing. Polyethylene is an
environment-friendly alternative to PVC / Vinyl.
Polyester (PET)
An incredibly strong synthetic material used for high performance labels. This material is used for the
most demanding label requirements such as asset ID labels for the automotive industry, printed circuit
boards and any kind of application requiring a very high degree of resistance to extreme environments.
Some of the properties it features are resistance to tearing, stretching, temperature (high and low) and
solvents.

All type of Barcode Ribbon
Wax Ribbon: The most competitive wax ribbon of the ARMOR range. The very high sensitivity of the ink
allows printing with low levels of energy with less stress on the Print head. ideal solution for
applications particularly sensitive to the quality/price ratio.
Wax Resin Ribbon : A high end wax resin ribbon providing a printing quality and mechanical
resistances exceeding the market standards. It ensures an excellent quality of transfer at low energy
on all smooth materials, coated papers as well as synthetics.
Resin Ribbon :
The ink provides excellent print quality of very small text, large characters, logos and all types of
barcodes, at a blackness up to1.2 (ODR). The ribbon structure allows printing on most of textile labels
present on the market in various materials such as nylon, polyester, acetate... The printed image offers
an excellent resistance to washing (home, industrial, bleach), to dry cleaning and to ironing. Those
characteristics remain at speeds up to 200 mm/s (8 ips) and with 200, 300 and 600 DPI print heads.
