Conducted nutrition and breastfeeding assessments and preceptor supervised counseling to WIC
participants.
Provided one-to-one nutrition coaching to Keene State College Students.
Coordinated with Cheshire Medical Center to implement a text message based breastfeeding education
program for pregnant women and new mothers within the Monadnock Region.
Collaborated with the NH Association of State and Territorial Health Officials to create a Breastfeeding
Resource Toolkit for employers focused on how to implement a lactation support program in the worksite.
Created 20+ nutrition education-related materials and presentations for diverse populations ranging from
elementary school children to older adults.

Developed a full menu for 250 high school students under the topic of healthy fall comfort food and
participated in marketing, purchasing, cost analysis, receiving, production and storage needed for the event.
Presented an in-service on gluten free food safety guidelines when working in a school cafeteria to the
Rundlett Middle School cafeteria staff.
Submitted an equipment proposal for incorporating a smoothie machine in the high school cafeteria to
increase the student participation in the school lunch system.
Created a systems analysis proposal outlining new marketing techniques for the school lunch program at
Concord High School to increase student participation.

Trauma, Gastrointestinal, Surgical, General Medicine, Psychiatric, Cardiac, Neurological, Pulmonary, and
Renal patients.
Lead weekly group nutrition education classes for both pediatric and adult psychiatric patients.
Interacted and worked with a multidisciplinary medical team to provide optimal care for
