Important information

faculty from partner institutions will be removed
from the project selection process.
Note

1. Teams are not in SMP until they are matched


with a mentor and their places are confirmed
through the school.
2. Withdrawal from SMP thereafter must be
indicated officially in writing through the
school Principal.

Note to SMP coordinator*

1. Application form
Hard copy of the application forms (Sections C F) should
be maintained by the school until Sep 2018.
2. Students semester 1 report may be collated and
sent in
Soft copy as (MSWord or MSExcel) document; or
Hardcopy of result slips together with Application Form
(Sections A and B), Undertaking Form and summary Excel
file.
