CHARTER HIRE INCLUSIONS:

H&M and P&I covers as per Owners current fleet coverage.

Manning at the crew levels indicated above only. Any additional manning required by
Charterers shall be on Charterers account.
Crew change costs including travel, accommodation and victualing.
Crew training as per STCW/95 level.

CHARTER HIRE EXCLUSIONS:

Meals and accommodation.

Fuel, lube oil and fresh water.
All customs, bonds, levies & taxes.
Port dues and Pilotage including all local licenses, operating permits, clearance in and out,
import/export permits for project.
Any additional crew training required for the charter in addition to STCW/95 level.
All medical check-ups specific for this charter/project which is over and above STCW 95 and
flag state requirements.
All CLIENT telecommunication charges (including VSAT services) except for charges pertaining
to the transmission of daily position reports (DPRs), whether by phone, fax or email, shall be
reimbursed by Charterers at cost plus 10% admin charge.
Any modification/compliance to suit charterers requirements.
Any unforeseen additional costs.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All rates are indicative and this offer is made subject to vessel availability at time of confirmation and
BOD approval.
Vessel terms and conditions as per BIMCO Supply time 2005 Time Charter Party with logical
amendments to be concluded prior to commencement of charter.
All third party charges arranged by Owner on Charterers behalf will be recharged at
documented cost plus 10% handling and management fee.
Validity is based on 30 days
ON-OFF HIRE SURVEY: By a jointly-appointed independent surveyor, Time and costs for survey
to be shared equally
ARBITRATION: Singapore law to apply in accordance with the rule of SCMA. 1 arbitrator.
PAYMENT TERMS: In view that PT. Talenta Gelora Serafim is a new client of PT. Sukses Graha
Samudera and for this 1st charter, we will request a Security Deposit in cash or Bank Guarantee
equivalent to 1 month of charter hire to be provided prior to on hire of the vessel. Invoice will
be issued 30 days in arrears and payment to be made within 30 days thereafter.
INSURANCE: Any additional premium incurred due to a change in current insurance coverage
or due to any additional covers required at Charterers request, shall be for Charterers
account.
