Collect enough information and Fill enough and exactly information in

TSSR report
Make layout for indoor and outdoor equipment

 4. Site survey summary table

After finished site survey at sites, surveyor need completed

TSSR&Layout and full fill Site survey summary table.
Base on site survey summary table, ZTE/TST will make DO and send
materials to sites for installation.

 5. Notes

During site survey, the Surveyor need pay high attention to:

Must print out TSSR&layout and take to site together

Collect enough and exactly existing information at sites, such as:
Antenna parameters (tilt, Azimuth, height,)
The cable length must be exactly

 6. DO

Base on Site survey summary table, ZTE will make DO to delivery

equipments to sites for installation.

Local VNPT must arrange engineer go to sites to check DO

and sign, make sure lacking no any materials.
After receiver materials, must keep materials safety.

 7. Cooperated procedures

Local VNPT do site survey, send TSSR and Layout to TST for checking
TST will check and modify if any
TST submit TSSR and Layout to VNPT-Net for approval
VNPT-Net will check and approve
TST will inform approved result to local VNPT
TST send delivery information to warehouse for delivery
Local VNPT install equipment follow TSST and Layout already approved.
