Delivery : Within one month upon receipt of prepayment
Warranty : One year warranty on parts and workmanship of our manufactured
components by exchange of the deflective parts from our Hong Kong office.
Inkjet printers will carry the standard factory warranty of the respective
manufacturer from their local offices.
Installation : We will provide a 5 days’ factory training to 1~2 of your delegates on
and installation, operations and maintenance at our factory in Guangzhou prior
Training to shipment. Chinese/English interpretation will be provided by us. The
machine upon arrival to your site, will be installed and operated by the
 trained technicians.
Remarks : On site maintenance and technical support. We will charge for actual air
tickets, hotel lodging, and a time charge of USD400 per day.
