The instructions, I have a cheat sheet, but I will let you develop your own I will stress
hygiene is essential, as bad bugs introduced, get compounded each cycle. like compound
interest. Maybe try it for a few months, if you like it, order the saches from Mikael. One lot
each 3 months is enough, that could then be provided from friend to friend. this strategy
reduces risk, reduces cost, maximises availability.

I am heading off to germany in 6 days, i have the only version of MAF 314 in australia, I

I hope I don't get into too much trouble encouraging probiotic yogurt. time will tell. If I get
into trouble that means I have gotten my cultures out of my fridge, and into the australian

that.

if GCMAF saves one life, it will be worth it. Mines already looking promising, of course
some decent research into this would be welcome. but all the researchs are chasing their
asses. Maybve thats where the doctors heads are!

I have been on this stain of gcmaf yogurt for about 3 months with a healthy lifestyle, gcmaf
probiotic yogurt and experimental german therapy my incurable colorectal stage 4 cancer is
missing in action.

I was rejected by AIGT, also Bowel Cancer Australia has had nothing to do with me for 2
years. Now I see what I blessing it is to have been rejected by these mainstream
conventional organisations. I can run my own race, do my own thing. again every cloud has
a silver lining. It takes time and an open mind to see them.

Its a blessing to be alive. When this blog goes live, the GCMAF experiment starts. It maybe
enough to spread the word about the german therapies.

few people who are healthier as a result of my path. We will be instant friends. I share my

my european supplier has let me down, no answer yet, I have tried IHERB

Update on the yogurt

two shipments colostrums came in both arrived
same day, one from iherb, 3 days, just as fast as
ordering from the aussie supplier in sydney.
interesting....
the iherb colostrum works out at $4 per week
based on 30 ml per week and a 240ml bottle. the
organic milk is 2 x $2.85.
Given this is two serves, the weekly cost per serve
is about $4.85.
Less than a dollar a day. Now add on John's super

So 300 euro for two months maf314, is ruggerio selling the yogurt cultures for 1800 euro
per year, thats crazy. I will keep the culture I am using going, until I get home next. I will
then split the cost at least 10 ways.
does ruggerio want to save lives or make money ? clearly make money. More exploitation
of cancer patients, not your fault, its just the reality of life on our greedy money focused
