INSTRUCTIONS FOR FORECLOSURE BOND

1. Secure a UCC-1 on the original Promissory Note and Down payment for the property. (a)
make the lending institution/s the debtors, starting with the original, then the one the original
sold it to until you come to the one that now has the note. (b) make the living soul who signed
the Promissory Note and the Down payment as the secured party.
2. List these on your UCC-1 along with the Deed of Trust. These are your documents and you do
not want them misusing your documents.
3. Notify the party contacting you of the UCC- I and send a copy to them.
4. At the time of the court hearing, present these to the court for their records.
5. If the above 1,2,3,4 have not been done at the time of notice of foreclosure, make a Bond out
using the example as a guideline. Then through a UCC-3, place the bond into your UCC-1.
6. Never place property in a trust and try to defend it. They will take the property as the trust is
deemed to belong to the jurisdiction of the IRS.

Always remember that whoever is presenting you with a foreclosure notice is the attorney for the
deed of Trust who has turned your property over to be foreclosed. You made him/her your trustee of
your home at the time you issued credit for your house. You must find out who this is, get the payoff
for the house, and then fire him out of your affairs.

Everything done to us is done by third party debt collectors. When we allow them into our affairs,
they give permission for everyone to become involved that will get them what they seek. Keep all
third party debt collectors out of your affairs.

Always answer their correspondence with "Your offer is accepted and the offer is now returned to you
for closure and discharge. See bond attached. Return the voucher to me, you are using my
exemption. I do not give you permission for representing me in this matter. As a third party to this
action you are fired!"

Any correspondence you receive from them - write the same notice to them and return the original
document to them. Send them a copy of the UCC-1 with the bond placed on it by the UCC-3.

Send copies to the governor, the comptroller of currency (or Treasurer of your state), and the Sheriff
of your county.

You were a while getting into the foreclosure, it will take a fight to keep your house. That is up to
you.
