NOTICE

All the students eligible for E-Grantz scholarship should register online
through the website www.e-grantz.kerala.gov.in and submit the hard copy
and required documents within 25/08/2017. Application can be submitted
online by students themselves using the menu provided in the e-Grantz home
page. Students can also submit applications online through Akshaya e-centers
elsewhere in the state. The akshaya centres will supply a print out of the online
application.

Students should submit the following documents in the office

1. Application to the Principal in the prescribed format duly attested by the

Group tutor.
2. Print- out of the application for e-grantz scholarship from Akshaya
Kendra.
3. Original Caste certificate and original Income certificate
4. copy of Pass Book (should be in the name of student)
5. Copy of Aadhaar Card.
6. Self attested copy of SSLC , Plus Two marklist (for U.G students) and Degree
certificate (for PG students)
7. Fee receipt and residing certificate in the case of students residing in
hostels other than institution hostel.

All the students applied for E-Grantz scholarship in previous years have to
submit their semester registration form in c2 section of college office for
acquiring fee concession for the year 2017-18.Those students failed to
submit their registration form have to pay semester fee.
