General
Quality assurance.

The manufacturer shall be an ISO 9001 accredited company. They shall have been in the
business of manufacturing similar products for at least ten years. They shall offer technical
services and provide onsite assistance when necessary.

The contractor shall provide at least three job references where the contractor has
successfully completed similar applications.

Handling, Delivery and Storage.

Product shall be handled in accordance with the relevant *MSDS sheets provided. Keep
product dry and protect from extreme heat and cold. Product shall be delivered in its original,
unopened packages. The manufacturers identification and printed instructions shall be
clearly labelled.

Store the product in accordance with **data sheet provided.
