Our SBR system is an effective and
state of the art wastewater treatment
plant for both, the municipal and
industrial sector. We guarantee our
customers an individual system,
customized to your special needs.
The SBR System (Sequencing Batch
Reactor) stands for an efficient method
of a modern wastewater treatment.
Our stations consist of one or more
bioreactors made of stainless steel,
where both the aerobic as well as
anaerobic biological processes take
place, and a tank for the aerobic
stabilization of the sludge.
In a mechanical pre-treatment
it comes to the separation of
inorganic substances, as well as the
wastewater containing sand. During
the biodegradation phase, the organic
carbon compounds, nitrogen and
phosphorus are eliminated.
The content in the reactors is fully
automatically inspected and controlled
by means of online monitoring of
temperature, pH-value, oxygen content
as well as COD/BOD5. Our method
allows it to clean municipal wastewater,
industrial wastewater, or a combination
of both, for loads of 600 > 8,000 and
COD mg/l, and 300 of > 4,000 BOD5
mg/l. Each SBR wastewater treatment
plant, can achieve a cleaning of the
waste water to < 3 mg BOD5 mg/l.

of sludge per m3 of treated waste
water to a minimum - approx. 70%

The tower design of our system means not only a substantial saving in space
requirements compared with conventional wastewater treatment plants but also
a significantly improved micro-biological degradation, e.g. caused by a more
effective mixing of the biomass and a longer oxygen residence times in the
bioreactors.
