Circa-Flex Radius Wall Forming
Circa-Flex is a modular, variable radius, wall forming system, used to form circular or curved
walls on various construction sites. The Curvature of the panel can be quickly changed simply
by adjusting the radius adjustment screws.

The versatility of CIRCA-FLEX is ideally suited for 0val or S shaped walls. Circa-Flex also
attaches to either of our clamping style forming systems. No special fillers or hardware are
needed to make the transition, so you can seamlessly go from circular forming to straight wall
forming.

Characteristics

The Circa-Flex system consist primarily of a series of vertical

frames of shaped sheet metal, with reinforcing ribs equipped
with, screws-adjusters for the curvature of the plywood.

It is a modular system that can reach 20 in height thanks to

the combination of various modules (base panel of 300 cm
and the elevated panels of 150 cm and 100 cm). The formwork
has been designed to be handled complete for subsequent uses
without deformations.

The standard weight for the Dura-Clamp Panel is approximately 6.5 lbs. PSF
this permits the use of this system with or without the need for special lifting
equipment.

Typically only two ties and two hammer clamps are needed to assemble this
system. There are no lumber walers or strong backs.

Dura-Clamp panes can be used standing vertically or horizontally.

An adjustable clamp is provided to permit the attachment of job built fillers to

allow for penetrations and other special forming conditions.

Dura-Clamp can be attached to either Magnum of Circa-Flex with the same

adjustable clamp.

Dura-Clamp can be assembled lying face down, then lifted into position as a
small gang form or, stood up and secured in its vertical, pouring position.

Dura-Clamp has a maximum angle of inclination of 18 degrees with 5/8 tie

rod for battered walls and other types of offsets.

Dura-Clamp has an ALKUS face material which is of a plastic-composite

construction consisting exclusively of polypropylene and aluminum. ALKUS is
